Scott came out to give us a quote and explained everything to us A to Z about high efficiency furnaces, what would qualify for rebates, tax refunds, what would give us the best usage with our gas and electric bill. We had another company come before and none of this was explained. We received literature and a quote I was very pleased with! They were well below the other company and that included our chimney liner. Our work was scheduled convenient for us and completed in less than a full day. We are very happy with Staleys.

Excellent service and quality work! Staley's Plumbing and Heating fixed the stubborn leak from my bathtub. They arrived on time, completed the job quickly and left no mess behind. He did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations, would recommend this company to anyone.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday night and an entirely new HVAC system installed Tuesday by Staley's. They are fast, reliable, and professional. Owner even came out to check the work once finished before we signed off on everything. They are also reputable contractor with Michigan Saves. They also came in thousands of dollars less in price because they don't deal with the big box stores. Would recommend over and over again!

Can’t recommend Staleys enough! Super glad to have found them. David was very professional, had great communication, and got the job done right. All in all it took about an hour and a half from first call to the service being done. Very happy with how quick everything was. The price was very reasonable, which is another huge plus! Tom was awesome! Very friendly and down to earth. My furnace is super old but he got it working again. It was repaired quickly even though he had to go out and grab the part. Definitely recommend Staley's!

I recently contracted Staley's to repair a 25+ year old furnance at the home of an elderly relative. The repairman, Tom, was polite, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair the furnance and restor heat to the house within hours. I live in a different state, Tom kept me updated, addressed my concerns, and even invoiced me personally, as per my request. I would definitely call Staley's again. Highly recommend.

My Mom scheduled a replacement/installation-review of the old furnace in the duplex apartment that my Dad created 30 years ago in his house that my Mom now lives in since he passed away in 2021. The furnace was made in 1987 and was basically worn out after 36-yrs and cycling and excessively shutting off due to overheating due to a semi/mostly clogged-up heat exchanger diagnosed by Goyette.Blake came out and confirmed the situation and recommended a new replacement Lennox furnace with complete removal of the old 1987 Carrier/Tempstar single-stage furnace and replacement in full with a new 96%-efficiency Lennox furnace with a condensate pump to help guarantee the lifetime-20-yr heat-exchanger in the new Lennox furnace. This is most important to me as a repair engineer in my own career in the electronics/electrical realm and of course to my Mom as she needs to feel safe and of course comfortable sleeping at night :)Thanks Blake,DG 🙂

I was recommended this company by another professional in the area when I lost my heating in the middle of a recent snowstorm. I am SO GLAD to have found them. Mike B was a lifesaver - & he talked me through everything he was doing while he did it, which I really appreciated. [Not for nothing, he also pointed out a couple other issues that weren’t immediately critical, but definitely required attention, so I was able to deal with those on my own time, *before* they became an emergency. Fantastic!] I’d worked with other companies in the area, but these guys responded faster & just went above and beyond with both technical service & consideration. They’ll be my choice the next time I have any issues they can deal with. HIGHLY recommend!
